Wait another 20 minutes without the cap, then rinse off 30% of the product. Dry hair, straighten if preferred, then rinse completely.

Step 2:

Neutralization: Apply Balm pH Neutralizer Indiana Queen Care from root to tip after rinsing out Step 1. Massage in, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Step 3:
